Job Title: Energy Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Energy Consultant to join our team in Akron, OH. As an Energy Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to contact businesses in states such as Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Michigan, and more, to enroll their gas and/or electric accounts into their respective Utility Choice Programs. This program helps businesses lower their utility bills and manage energy costs effectively.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses in various states to promote and explain the Utility Choice Program.

• Assist businesses in enrolling their gas and/or electric accounts into the program.

• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns regarding the program.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments.

• Achieve enrollment and performance goals.
   

Work Hours:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.
